If I Could Give More Than Five Stars I Would!

“After having an already great experience with them fixing my car 5 years ago after hitting a deer, I decided to come back as I love to support local businesses. This time I hit a huge buck and damaged my car pretty bad.

They had great communication and made sure I was updated when something new came up, they were very respectful and professional during the whole process, and they even adjusted my car door as it was not opening fully so I could use it while I was waiting to get it my car in for service.

They offered a courtesy car which was awesome to drive around in and when I got my car back they did top-notch work where it almost looked newer than before the accident! Great paint job, gave me a new bright headlight and even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car and it smelled really nice!

The owner, Nick, is a top-notch guy, he listens to your concerns and communicates very professionally. I would definitely recommend Bavaro for any repairs on your vehicle, especially with ICBC repairs. If I could give more than five stars I would!”
